Been asking for this feature since 2022!! Sadly, the issue remains unaddressed.
Importing bookmarks results in the site title and URL being added to Marqly. Tags are completely ignored. I tried both HTML and CSV import. As somebody who’s been meticulously tagging his bookmarks from URL Bookmark Manager to Delicious (remember those guys?) and eventually Raindrop.io I have thousands of bookmarks that I seriously have neither time nor the mood to tag again. Why did you not consider importing tags? Please fix this.
I realize there’s no standard for tags. Looking at the CSV export file from Raindrop.io and remembering the CSV file from Delicious back in the days, the tags were just stored in one field and separated by a comma. That’s it. Just look for the tag column and then create a tag (if not existing yet) for each word separated by a comma. Not rocket science. Importing transaction details through CSV from my bank account to my accounting software asks for assigning each column in the file to the respective data field. You can do something similar. This ain't rocket science.
Frankly, Marqly is useless without having the ability to import a bookmark library with all the tags and data.
